Kishor Sonigra

Kishor worked as a manager with a West End firm of accountants where he specialised in general practice work where he qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 1985. Since February 1990 he has been leading the practice of Burnells, Chartered Certified Accountants in Stanmore. Kishor has over 30 years of tax and general practice experience. His specialisms include providing practical and commercial advice to growing family companies, international tax planning and VAT.

Kishor has close association with businesses in India and United States which have subsidiary companies in the UK. Over the last 28 years Kishor has been able to develop a diversified portfolio of clients. He also works very closely with few firms in India in order to discuss investment opportunities inward as well outward. Kishor has been involved in several charitable organisations over the years. He also works very closely with the local communities and makes sure that he gives something back to the community.

Kishor works as a consultant and mentors the team on expanding the firm’s reach to prospective clients and also making sure that the firm’s work ethics and the service provided to the clients stands out from other accountancy firms. Kishor believes that service which adds value to the client is more rewardable.

Kavita Gor

Payroll Administrator April 2015 - present

• Kavita has been with Burnells since last 7 years and has been handling the firm’s payroll very efficiently. On a regular basis she handles payrolls for more than 60 clients on weekly, Fortnightly & monthly basis and providing the services as below;-

• Timely Submission of RTI on time to HMRC and dealing with the compliance of any leavers / joiners in the payroll setting of Statutory payment (SSP, SMP, APP etc.) in the payroll software and managing records of the same time to time, setting up of automatic enrolment in payroll for various clients and giving time to time information to the employers relating to the pension scheme.

• Filing of Declaration of Compliance and any other requirement of The Pension Regulators relating to Auto enrolment.

• Completing of year end procedure and issuing of P60 for the employees.

• Dealing with the PAYE & NIC related issues with HMRC for the clients.

• Assisting in Accounts preparation for various clients.

• Summarising of VAT and filling of the same at HMRC.

• Filing of Tax returns for clients

 

Kavita makes sure that the payroll process with clients on a monthly basis is completed with such ease and efficiency. In her free time Kavits spends lots of her time looking after her son’s activities.

Yash Shar

Junior Accountant

Yash joined us in 2017 as a trainee pursuing his A.A.T and then will be on course to complete his A.C.C.A. He has already learned the art of this profession in a very short period, he is very good with numbers which allows him to complete accountancy audit and tax assignments with ease. He is a very good student and is always eager to learn more. Currently he is involved with lots of high end clients which needs lots of detailed understanding of the client and its business.

Ruhi Jain

Accounts and Tax senior

Ruhi has been with us for more than 5 years and has been one of the core member in our accounts and tax team. She makes sure that all the account and tax deadlines are met. On a monthly basis she and the team will prepare a list of jobs and their deadlines and allocate the jobs according to their filing dates. Ruhi also has been training Yash since he has joined us. Ruhi is very approachable and makes sure all the trainees in the office achieve their learning objectives within the set targets.

Binola Bhatt

Office Junior

Binola completed her Commercial arts degree from Mumbai and moved to London in 2005, since moving to UK she did part time work in office admin department on a part time basis as she had a young family. Since the kids have now grown she has now been back to work. Binola normally helps the team in completing lot of day to day admin work which includes scanning the correspondences, completing Vat return under Kavita and Ruhi’s guidance. She has been a great addition to the team.
